Almost Done!!

We went to check out our house just now. It's almost completed. We saw some workers were fixing the wiring at the car park level. Now I eagerly waiting for the keys to be handled to us. We thought of going inside to take a look at the work done on landscaping. Too bad, the security guard disallow us to. Yeap, the guard house has security guard already and I think the design of the guard house is cool. I really can't wait to get the key and take a look of our unit. Let's keep the fingers crossed that everything will go smoothly.

S&P in hand finally

Finally got the S&P and loan agreement in my hand now after 10 months time. I don't exactly know the time needed for them to complete the thing but it was only recently that I realized I didn't get my copy. Thus I made a trip to the developer office to enquire. The girl was very helpful and promised to help me check on it. Few days later, it was confirmed that the docs were still at the law firm. Great! At least they are in somewhere safe and not lost! Dad was asking about the when I can get the key.....
